ReikoBlack.....yes that is correct.... I believe that the Litigating Trust did not pursue claims to recover WMI's assets except to recover the Disputed Equity shares that were denied to the Employees Claims... we got those shares in addition to what we got for signed releases...I remember the Litigation Trust lawsuit against FDIC-R was thrown out for some reasons which I cant remember now, but they were denied in court to proceed with these claims...probably the attempt by the Litigating Trust to recover the 20 billion dollars taken from WMI, as they claimed....Lodas
