We just need something that will re-instill confidence in retail buying. That is part of the problem right now, and why it's been so easy for MM's like ASCM, PUMA, VIRT ,etc... to control the pps. Over the past 2.5+ years, that confidence has been destroyed, as we've watched & experienced the same trading pattern day in/out. In other words, we need some kind of surprise that will shock even the most ardent believers, and bring back that retail interest we once had. Whether that "something" is the "assumed Regeneron Announcment," or something else, we just need something tangible that attracts that interest and re-instills that confidence.

For the time being, it seems as though we're just going through another teaser. They're all stacked under the artificial 04 ceiling, and if by some miracle we break through them, OTCN is perched at .04 to ensure we remain under...... Likely just adding some more padding to RSI (closed around 36 yesterday & currently back around 44) Same thing, different day...
