Why not consolidate the shares now though? Why wait until the stock is elevated, has a lot of flippers and will be sold off harder then? Why not get it out of the way, clean out weak hands and consolidate the float even further for the climb higher, and then have a perfect share structure to start the move? From a flipper/trader perspective, I can see this r/s not sitting well, or even from the perspective of a long who's been waiting a long time and then got their hopes up recently. But from the perspective of what is best for the big picture here, I say get this split out of the way now. Then comes a 47 million o/s and a pps around .01 - .015 post split, which if the company plays their cards right could then be the new floor (and enough to get them on the OTCQB), and .10 becomes the breakout spot to new all time highs essentially. With that post split o/s, a .10 break is very very very doable. This isn't the sort of scenario you see with many OTC tickers that do insanely large splits, don't change the a/s, and then death spiral lower. For a number of reasons here, I think this post split landscape looks much better than the consensus seems to believe here.
Even for all the people who believe this CEO is a total scumbag, I'm telling you it's still in his best interest to milk this chart/play for a breakout past .002 (or .10 post split), and that's when they'll be able to raise waaaaay more capital than they could if they just split then diluted into the ground, not to mention the exponentially better terms they'd be able to raise capital at.
I've followed this ticker for years and years and it was always a joke to me, but now it's actually one of the nicest long term bases in the OTC. I've waited for a chance to get cheap shares and this is what I've asked for. The only question is whether or not this is a dip worth buying. I know many here don't think so, but my best buys are ALWAYS unpopular at the time of entry, and I have my own reasons for believing in this one's potential still. I'm still keeping my net out at .0002 and will add very slowly and keep tabs on things. I really do think this is way more promising of a big picture scenario than most believe here, though even in the best case scenario I can almost guaranty you that this story will be playing out for a long while still. If the bulls can recover, it's going to take time. imo
