He replied and I spoke to him on the phone. It is basically what Cornerstone surmized in his post today.

Told Mark I still do not agree with the way he is doing things as a RS split at .002 plus would get us coming out of the gates at 10 cents plus.
.0003 - penny and a half. I do not think Mark or his management team understands this simple concept.

IMO Mark is very impatient and wants things NOW. That is an oxymoron considering how many years did we wait to get pink current.
I told Mark he is very immature in wanting things right away here especially when the actors strike is winding down.

Marks decision IMO is hurting All shareholders and I told Mark his decision will bite him back somewhere down the line as he has LOST the faith of his shareholders.
