I assume you're not taking into account NHTSA's investigation report that's due to drop any day like a falling anvil.

There's a trial currently in progress with another starting this month, either of which could have massive consequences for the company.

Then there's the recently-filed EEOC lawsuit with the potential for the largest fine and punitive damages in company history. Of course that won't be decided this year, but it's something shareholders should be bracing for and the company should be saving up for.

There will be a MONSTER payout at the end of that lawsuit.

And there are more racism lawsuits in the works.

Tesla faces several other race discrimination lawsuits that make similar claims, including a class action by workers at the Fremont plant and a lawsuit by a California civil rights agency.

In summary, I see no reason to believe TSLA will hit $380 in the next 85 days when the last time it did was 18 months ago.

And only then because of the Twatter announcement, and it only lasted two days.
