I get your skepticism, well placed & legit. I wish I could answer it. Last year they used a strategic investor & I wished they did more of it. From 10Q 8/22/2023

On March 5, 2022, the Company entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement (the “Compton SPA”) by and between the Company and Clarke Compton. Pursuant to the terms of the Compton SPA, the Company agreed to sell, and Mr. Compton agreed to purchase 625,000 shares of the Company’s common stock for a total purchase price of $250,000.



It was posted here recently that Troy, when asked about why another toxic funding, had a hissyfit but what happens when things drag out and more money is needed to carryover to the large project financings?



I digested Troys post a differently and willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. His post was honest. He insinuated business expediency.

Will he again need to resort to more converts?



Hope not. Let's hope we get news first.

And the main question is - with the management backgrounds, why aren’t they getting initial funding from institutions?



Solid question. I will say their history of paying back the China energy Senior note holds weight with me.

If Troy gets angry from a question like that, I would run away, fast…
