It was posted here recently that Troy, when asked about why another toxic funding, had a hissyfit but what happens when things drag out and more money is needed to carryover to the large project financings? Will he again need to resort to more converts?

And the main question is - with the management backgrounds, why aren’t they getting initial funding from institutions? If Troy gets angry from a question like that, I would run away, fast…
