Wow, this newsletter drips profusely with desperation. He’s recycling old chestnuts. Appealing to the AF fanboys, and I think literally lying about the trial results. It’s libelous in my estimation, but you can also slander a product and a company, and the damages can be immense.

You have to stick to the truth and not give false nonsense claiming it’s the underlying “truth”.

But yeah, Chris sounds incredibly desperate and he deserves a serious short squeeze for this one.

He also sounds like he spends a lot of time here.
