I hear ya and agree 100% Timing, but even without Barry and the late filings, I find it odd that given the IP/technology that we were all led to believe that we have, Charles decided to go with SAGA? I would think that Samsung would've wanted to be part of this (the part SAGA is playing), so I'm just having trouble understanding why they or some other BP is not willing to pony up the $$.


But, like you've said, hopefully we get some true clarification sooner vs later.... We sure could use some.
