If BYD elects to join the LABSSS SpA JV https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=172932778 then we have a conundrum since our yearly LCE export quota output including BYD's 4,000mtpa will be 49,200mtpa keeping us safely under the pending 50,000mtpa cap for future Royalty Tax implementation... the problem for us (ie LABSSS SpA JV) is that we won't be able to then accept Javier Errázuriz's 4,000mtpa "contribution" (ie 80,000mt divided by 20 years) to the new LABSSS SpA JV corporation since it will kick us over the 50,000mtpa exclusion limit.

October 6 through October 11 is going to be crucial in determining how BYD impacts a possible LABSSS SpA alliance. If BYD gets their 80,000mt LCE license reinstated but decides not to join us Maricunga miners then by "osmosis" Javier Errázuriz through SIMCO could throw his new 4,000mtpa LCE export license into the LABSSS SpA partnership kicking his SIMCO share up by another 3% overall (ie in the overall 69.75% share for the JV).
