Enzolytics Inc (ENZC)

I really think the SPAC deal came along and CC thought it would be the easiest way to break the two companies out of Enzolytics and get them possibly to Nasdaq or a higher tier of trading commission. If that was to happen it would leave ENZC empty and thus lawsuits would go away and or parties would much rather resolve the issues they are having when no real value is there to fight over or sell off their shares. What is a little confusing is Rostmed was to absorb all of enzolytics debit and or shelter from the lawsuits that is what CC had stated at one time, I guess that didn't work. Hoping it will workout or a bigger move is to playout by another unknown. GLTA
