yes again, there are two scenarios or outcomes by creating a coutdown/ or time predicting:

untill the "event" occurs. with or without predicting: NO IMPACT on anything (maybe ! ! ! a smal increase in price)

1) the event occurs withinthis timeframe - SP goes up
2) the event doesn't occure - SP goes down.
2b) ". ". - without prediction - nothing "dramatic" happens
