Hey, ever heard of Google?

You could have looked it up faster than it took you to ask the question.

Less than two weeks ago it was announced that Ford was again taking pre-orders for the ⚡️Pro.

2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Pro Order Banks Reopen Today

Production of the 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning recently resumed at the Rouge Electric Vehicle Center following a short pause that was made as the automaker expanded that particular facility in an effort to ramp up its capacity. With the plant now capable of building 150k units annually, The Blue Oval announced that it would also be able to produce more 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Pro models – a trim that was previously sold out – and now, sources familiar with the matter have told Ford Authority that order banks for that particular model are set to reopen today.

Retail order banks for the 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Pro reopen today, August 8th, 2023, for all customers, which is big news given the fact that previously, order banks for this entry-level trim were only open for customers that had a reservation and an invitation to do so. These order banks are expected to remain open until August 16th, though depending on demand, they could close before that, based on FoMoCo’s production capacity for the Pro.

As such, dealers are being told to inform customers to place their order as quickly as possible so that they have the best chance of securing their desired configuration. Customers that already have an unscheduled 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning order in the system will also be able to change that order to a Pro model if so desired.

Following Ford’s Rouge plant expansion, the automaker recently slashed the prices of its EV pickup across the board – on both existing inventory and yet-to-be-built models, with the Pro now starting out at $49,995, which is nearly $10k less than before, but still roughly $10k more than the pickup originally cost when it debuted for the 2022 model year. Additionally, the F-150 Lightning also recently received its first-ever factory rebate, as well as a special pre-order discount, to boot.
