Another thought and comment regarding Laura Posner's supplemental filing/response to the defendants MTD. I read the filing 3 times so that I might understand the notion that the Harrington decision when applied to the Northwest suit dramatically expands the damages, not only for Northwest, but for every company whose shares are traded in the MM's book and throughout their entire system. What jumps off the page is the fact that the defendants admit to illegal market operations such as "spoofing", but tell the court if they are forced to cease and desist from these illegal operations, the entire US trading system will collapse and the entire US economy will fall into shambles!!! Can you believe that!!! Well let me tell them something," The US market operations are already in shambles and as a result the US economy could be on the brink, unless drastic measures are taken to straighten things out!! It's never too late to tell the truth to hard working Americans and pledge to start RIGHT NOW to fix things!!!! What WILL kill our economy is this continued uncertainty and mistrust in the minds of working class Americans thinking that they are not being treated fairly, while trying to build their savings/retirement accounts when they are following the rules/steps that they have been told by their bosses would accomplish their goals AND the very people that they are paying and trusting to handle their money are so damn greedy that those fees are not enough and they are allowed to steal more of their hard earned money as the regulators turn a"blind eye" to the blatant thievery throughout our entire market operations!!!! Every pension fund, every college fund every IRA..... are being pilfered every single day by these bastards that "know no bounds" !!! How can we as human beings allow this to continue??? Answer is, "WE CAN'T !!! ans "WE WON'T !!!!" AND the good news is the the Judge in the Northwest case and Harrington case has and will hand down decisions to start the ball rolling to recover our losses and make all Americans whole again by returning their stolen funds and in so doing restoring their faith and trust in our financial systems!! People we are talking TRILLIONS in damages not billions !!! Call your state AG's and Federal representatives and tell them you want your damn money back!!!
The picture I have in my mind is the factory worker leaving the factory at quitin time, wearing the same overalls that he/she wears every week with lunch pale in hand and that solemn look on their face, that look from living life in "QUIET DESPERATION" and I'm thinking "How much more money are we going to let Kenny and Dougie steal from these decent, hard working Americans??? My answer is ,"Not another damn cent!!! What's your answer???
