What they have are AUDITED Financials and are all SEC Reporting

here is what bothers me
ENZC used to have audited Finanicials and now they do NOT
SAGA and Barry K are behind on their filings, do not have audited Financials and have a DeList Letter from Nasdaq.
That needs fixed and updated , per the requirements of a SPAC .
