I think the probabily of reinstatement is nonexistent.
Furthermore there is another possibility why they expired ( and not lapsed....though I am not familiar with US terminology...in Europe expiring means end of normal period of protection)
I read somewhere that a patent can expire prematurely because someone claims the invention was theirs.....just guessing....might be BS....Endovo???).
Bottom line.....the IP is lost....doesn't matter how come .
I think Kelly should honour her father and stand up and fight....with intelligence....accepting help...
Perhaps we should unite and vote on the best possible strategy.
We can continue to cheer....I on the other hand will stop flogging this dead horse
