Legit companies have legit sources of financing. Legit financiers do proper DD and place their bets.

Meanwhile dilutive financiers don't need DD because they're almost guaranteed 50%+ on their bets.

If they get in bed with the right CEOs they can count on fake and/or repeat PRs to help them dump into as well.

Easy money for them, and those who play along at home.

Believers always left holding bagz, and even if they make 20-50-100x on a massive pump-job most continue holding all the way back down because they listen to some idjit on the board that says to expect 500-1000x.
