Dear_LPI, Aramco,_SQM, SIMCO/Simbalik... I_vote we hold_Codelco
in the next "coordination meeting" (for our proposed LASSS SpA) to a maximum of 34.25% partnership in the JV on zero equity contribution in exchange for Codelco's 325,000mt LCE export quota license over 20 years. Rothschild can pen the additional details... we trust them.
Let's come to a firm airtight agreement now before Maximo Pacheco is fired.

PS, if indeed BYD https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=172917634 joins us (between October 6 to 20-ish to make LABSSS SpA) with their 4,000mtpa (ie 80,000mt LCE license divided by 20 years) then Codelco's "share" can drop to 30.25% in the JV and we're still in good shape as it kicks us all up to 49,200mtpa which still keeps us safely under the 49,999mtpa royally tax cap.
