Dear Chilean Congress, out of all this hullabaloo over changing the constitution you came out of it with the new power to change the constitution with a 4/7 (57%) vote as opposed to 2/3 (66%). You should now use that power to repeal Pinochet's obsolete crony-self-enriching law decreeing lithium a Strategic Mineral and simply re-classify lithium as a normal concession-able mineral (like copper, gold, silver) that you fully regulate taking control away from the Radical Party's Gang-of-7 who are now the Gang-of-6 since that witch Marcela Hernando was fired and will be the Gang-of-5 when Maximo Pacheco gets fired from Codelco and could be the Gang-of-4 eventually soon enough if Mario Marcel is serious about making a run for the office of president on a centrist ticket.

1. FIRED Anti-Mining Minister Marcela Hernando for the ultra-communista (Radical Party).
2. Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric. Note: he was elected, but is barely hanging on now.
3. Eduardo Bitran from Codelco (hired-gun whore Executive).
4. Codelco CEO Maximo Pacheco (decent guy but saw his chance for riches and instead jumped on the "gravy" train/band-wagon).
5. Minister of Economy Nicolas Grau (note: "best at focking you" used-car salesman in all of Chile).
6. José Miguel Benavente Executive VP of CORFO. He is like having a retarded/autistic brother you are the benevolent caretaker over.
7. Finance Minister Mario Marcel... drafted into the gang reluctantly. He will someday disavow/repudiate the Gang of 7 if he runs for president in 2030.
