Hoff... just a thought on a strategy for NWBO... if Citadel et al pays NWBO a huge settlement, I imagine LP could use the cash to issue a $0.01 dividend for every share at large, and wouldn't that force every short share to be reconciled...???

At 1,142,154,906 shares (thank you Captain Obvious), that would only be $11.42 million... seems a small price to destroy the shorts and send the pps skyward...!!!
