Just like they file on time for everything else.
Back in June they were late on their financial filings , and no they were not on time.
This is the NASDAQ they are out of compliance with,we are not asking to see the actual plan , we would like to know if they submit it by Sept 25 2023 . Most companies when they are out of compliance make it a point to show the stockholders they took care of the issue by way of press release. GLTA
