You better hope that Miller hasn't abandoned this ticker in favor of BMCS. All the Sumcoins have already been transferred to BMCS. Even if the hype surrounding Sumcoin getting on an exchange, there's no guarantee that when/if it does there will be a market for them. After all, there are hundreds of coins out there that no one knows about because no one buys them. And if there's no market, the BMCS preferred shares USEI has will be worthless as well.

And what else does USEI have by way of viable assets? Key word there is "viable".
