I'm good with SAGA as long as none of their "leadership" is on board the new company. The level of incompetence is stunning. I have never seen a company fail to file a 10Q, much less fail to file 2 in a row, and with the Q ending in a few days that will probably be extended to 3 if Mid November rolls around and they haven't filed.

And of course, they haven't filed an 8K for the compliance warning that's due today.

As far as dilution, Dr. Chandra will have to dilute unless they got a nice chunk of pipe funding. I hope he has enough funding for a trial (pick one) and in the midst of that does a forward split.

The trifecta would be the shares we are getting, the new company dipping below $5 so we get more shares, and then a forward split.

In the meantime as far as ENZC, maybe it dips big so people like me that have averages of 6 cents can buy down, or maybe it goes up with news. CC isn't keeping it alive for the fun of it, there's a plan.
