Ok, I hear what your saying... Don't have an answer for that, as I was just strictly going off of ENZC shareholders ending up with 90% of SAGA stock, so by deductive reasoning, SAGA is ultimately paying $450M (Not actually paying cash, just printing 45M shares at $10 each) and after all is said/done, they end up owning only 10% of the new SAGA OS.

That being said, one would have to think that ENZC showed them something behind the curtain to make that deal appealing. However, as you mentioned, and I've mentioned previously numerous times, one would also think that based on that, ENZC's current MC should be significantly higher than it is right now, while they still own 100% of BGEN/VIRO, yet here we sit with a laughable/ridiculous MC less than $150M. Personally I still believe that we've had some major assistance (manipulation/control/collaborative effort) ensuring that our MC remains down here. The problem as I see it is that retail volume/buying pressure is the only remedy to drive us out of this range, but due to ENZC's history, lack of info/transparency/etc..., that volume is nowhere to be found; and I don't believe Charles will disclose/PR anything to bring it back until BGEN/VIRO are under the SAGA umbrella. But that's just me, and I'd love to be wrong....

Never mind.

When you mentioned in your original post ' Seems strange that they would pay and/or find $450M in funding for only 10% of final company.'.

If that is true then the 4.5 Billion comes into play.
