I provided links and sources that shows this expression is foundry language from the PVT stage in manufacturing. Further Lebby indicated they were receiving modulators back from the foundries which only occurs in the PVT stage.

I can’t educate you any further on foundry procedures unless you take the steps to learn this stuff on your own. Failure to do so would indicated wanton deliberate ignorance in your part IMO
