1. I believe a Deal will get done, I just do not get the amount of money being discussed here with out a VALIDATED backer. If indeed it was what is being discussed why would SAGA still be in the $range it is and ENZC no movement. There are not that many extensions left, Lets See.
2. I do not understand the DEAL and for sure do not understand how Barry K. came along with really no history in SPACS to pull this together. If Charles or anyone out there could find out how he came to ENZC or vice Versa Charles C and Team to him would be a clue. I still do not get how another CEO of an OTC Ticker (Barry K with LEAI) got involved here. STRANGE
3. ENZC post deal. The Big Question, what is left Steve S and Robesto Med(? spelling)

Now if one of the Big Names of the Past came out , Samsung Bio, Intel, it would really be a true discussion , even one of the other Big Pharma's mentioned.
