Few things...(and I am not trying to start a fight)...
1) My name is not Dick, it is Scott and you know that.
2) You should ask Clint what he thinks of the lawsuit...I asked him if they would consider going after the MM's in a similar case?
He replied: "That lawsuit is not going anywhere...You can't win against the market markers" I found his take very interesting.
3) I didn't say you were pumping. I was just answering your inquiry.
4) Perhaps you can construe what I have done as "PUMPING" . I won't argue the fact.....There are scores of well meaning longs on this board and I was/am stating my position that I believe AXXL is dead money short term and NWBO is not. Call it luck or wisdom, it makes no difference since the reality is NWBO has way out performed AVXL over the last 4 weeks and most likely will continue to do for another week or two.
5) You have been on a tear lately (and I am being civil) and don't know why...The only thing that my mind could comprehend is, that you may have unloaded a large position of your NWBO and bought more AVXL at the worse possible time. I hope that is not the case. I still believe AVXL will succeed but not as soon as I have been wishing. I am still in the WGT camp (although months ago I said I changed it to wgt). I still believe, but too many miscues have damped my enthusiasm. I believe the science will win in spite of Missling. I can no longer trust him as the man to make it happen.
In any event, I am not trying to make you or anyone pissed off. I am just stating my FEELINGS and you and everyone else can chose to accept them or not.
Based on my conversation with IR, I did unload a few more thousand shares (too many "I believe" vs. "Yes, that is a fact"). Not a real confidence builder, IMO and thus my move to NWBO in the short term. I still own 5k shares and lots of January options (from 9 to 15). Surely, Missling can do some good by then. If not, then I believe they will be many more folks calling for him to go.
I do hope next week will be less contentious for you...Life is indeed precious and with each passing day it becomes more precious.
