EBET : Schedule 13D on Watch Alert
Noticed this Mon will be exactly 10 days from that big buyer of almost 13+mil shares at .0545 which was on 9/15, my guess was this is the same buyer that bought that 6.3mil block all at once on 8/29 at .055 making the total up to a little over 19mil shares .

So figuring that last big buy may have brought there holdings now possibly to over 25 mil shares , which is 5% of the OS/AUTH which has been locked .
Just factoring in shares they may have bought that I haven't seen in between or before 9/15 , and that last big amount may have put them over 25m on 9/15.

Basically we will see if we get a "Schedule 13D filing" of new 5% holder possible on this Mon 9/25 (or over the weekend could come earlier of course )
But if that threshold of over 5% holder was hit on 9/15 , this must generate a filing on Mon.

And so what ? Well then we may find out who it is and if they are connected to any big firms and such , which in turn could give us more clues to Merger partners or buyers of the company coming up, or whatever.

Any hint of this and EBET may move very fast.....
