Have to agree. It’s going to take a 100% set in stone finalized deal in place until we see any significant pps movement.

Unfortunately the track record here of getting things done on time is one reason. The fact that SAGA is delinquent in filings and got a Nasdaq notice is another major problem. Also, no one trusts any press release they put out anymore bc of the long history of over promise, under deliver for 3 years now.
