Everyone wants to shoot the messenger.

I don't create the bad news, I just report and mock it.

It's these scam CONpanies who create it.

Not so very long ago shareholders were absolutely positive the Great Steve-o was going to turn Eline Fraud Group into a prosperous Pink media company.

Then they stupidly believed he would Transform EEGI into a martial arts powerhouse.

But it was investors who got kicked in the teeth. 🦷

Feb. 15, 2022

Xtreme Fighting Championships, Inc. and Eline Entertainment Group, Inc. Announce the Launch of XFC LATAM

Xtreme Fighting Championships, Inc. (“XFC”), the first publicly traded premier international mixed martial arts (“MMA”) organization, and Eline Entertainment Group, Inc. (“EEGI”), a company specializing in sports and entertainment production and distribution, announced the launch of Xtreme Fighting Championships Latin America, Inc. (“XFC LATAM”).

The newly launched company will be led by the EEGI management team who has filed with regulatory agencies to be renamed Xtreme Fighting Championships Latin America, Inc. EEGI will also change the ticker to “XFCL” if approved and when available. In addition, a 2022-2023 fight schedule will be announced in the coming weeks with a focus on Mexico.

They imprudently believed that even after he was sued for fraud and for pretending Kevin Harrington was senior partner at his failed investment CONpany.

All of that came after Romario Wallace duped investors into believing he had invented a "killer" banking app and was merging with Cranium to produce hi-tech motorcycle helmets (none of which was true, of course).

Oct. 10, 2016

Eline Entertainment Group announces reverse merger with Cranium, Inc. completed.

Notice - merger "completed." Not possible, not coming, not maybe, but COMPLETED. (another fraud, of course).

And now, suckers have pinned their hopes and dreams on a new owner who hasn't been heard from since he bought this POS almost a year ago.
