Anavex has more than one AD expert and 3 ex-FDA guys to sit together and come with a data-driven argument/logic that supports what Missling and team have been telling us since the last 9 months. This is going to be a real test for the whole Anavex team. Let us hope that they pass with flying colors.

As far as any lawsuit is concerned, let us not even go there right now. We all know what the news of lawsuit does almost instantly to the stock price, irrespective of whether there is any merit or otherwise. (Consider the context of such negative news and then the contributions from the usual suspects who are waiting to add fuel to the fire). Any defense or effort to counter such news will be a day late and a few dollars short to repair the damage at this stage of the game.
