Pick.... two opposing statements on an issue cannot be right.. for example:.. WMI declared in the official chapter 11 closing document that Preferred Shares were cancelled and extinguished, and all rights associated with the prospectus were negated...... AZ Cowboy states that there is a Preferred Managing Sub which is collecting dividends and will release them at some point to owners.... now, is WMI lying, or AZCowboy lying?... where is this preferred managing sub to be found?... it is not mentioned anywhere in any documents issued by the bankruptcy court....here is the fact... Preferred stock is unsecured debt and was cancelled by WMI, with no mention that they would exist outside the chapter 11 , once release documents were signed...AZC went out on a "limb" with these assertions years ago, and was never challenged to link them, so he got a free pass from the lemmings all these years...there is no Preferred Managing Sub, and there is no XXXX, simple as that.... AZ Cowboy, if I am wrong, correct my post...Lodas
