Only an idiot would believe that the SAGA deal is real - your investment strategy is based on Hopium not facts.

No real company would pay $450 Million for two empty shells.

ENZC will have to file a Reg S-X and a audit to be listed on Nasdaq will cost close to $400,000 - I have been through one and 3 CPAs and 4 helpers setup up shop in our conference room for a week and checked every invoice, checks, and inventory of all of the equipment - everything.

There isn't any way that ENZC could hold up to the scrutiny of that type of Audit as it has to follow the guidelines of Sarbanes-Oxley.
