I think he’s going to be sued for withholding information from shareholders. He led shareholders on for a entire year thru multiple prs and tweets that Mloan Inc. was successfully aquired. How can you send out a press release, announcing that you successfully acquired a company when you did not. His safe harbor statement isn’t going to protect him in this case. Sue him!
