"The Revolving Note will have a maturity date of November 29, 2024" = looks like they plan on being around for some time, a whole year and then some ++.

This is very good news for buyers , shows they are in good with lenders, going to make people hold stronger and longer seeing these dates , just seeing the dates is a sign of relief from tensions of unsure holders, more will go long longer....
Perhaps we are now seeing the work of their new adviser Houlihan Lokey starting now, activity starting to move forward as they are hired to work it

When that filing popped up I was hoping it was a new 5% holder as on watch for this , perhaps next one...:)
