Thus, the point of lower prices, create demand, is lost if they are secret.

But the counter is, the point is to create demand from the actual purchasers, injectors, and increasing profit to them is what is key. Lowering prices to consumers is helpful but incidental. Consistent with this, Revance claimed that injectors favor the no advertising policy.
