I have one of those Kitchenaid bowl whippers. For $25 I bought a metal pasta and sausage maker from Amazon.
I should do this. I might add some flour (I've been looking at corn, soy, maybe beet flour) and make my own noodles. I finally got tomatoes to grow after 3 years.
Home made sausage is so good. It's weird to make but all you need is a pork butt from Costco, onions, garlic, vinegar and I've been really into Braggs amino soy sauce. Then into the smoker!
When I make it, the next day it disappears to a gaggle of innocent teens at the beach who promise they don't ever drink or smoke and return the car full of sand.
