Quick recap: the company earlier this year said they are exploring AA for AD filing, and that they will release Excellence and full AD data by end of this year. So, they have:

1. Just confirmed that AA is not only a possible path but now almost certainly a path that will be successful (endpoints met criteria and are supported by biomarkers that the FDA already approves.)

2. The company will release Excellence (juvenile Rett data) over the next few weeks.

3. The company will release AD full data and analysis over the next few weeks.

So, what changed this week? Only something very important and favorable to Anavex: AD NDA may be filed and it looks fairly certain to succeed.
