There's gonna be another AD trial; the question for the company is what it needs to be. They'll have a better sense of that when they meet with the FDA. Assuming Missling and the company's AD clinical program manager are on the ball, they are already exploring interest at the Phase 2b/3 sites in Oz and Canada. They'll be planning for a large Phase 3 RCT. If by chance we get AA in the US, the design is easily changed pre-enrollment to a confirmatory Phase 4.
