Correct me if I'm wrong, but I couldn't find anywhere in the Nebraska court ruling that COR was awarded anything from Calissio. There was a default judgement against Calissio; however, since Adam Carter was not served, I assume no one at Calissio knew about the lawsuit or that they had to appear.

Quote from the Nebraska Ruling:
"Carter was not served and did not appear; the district court entered default judgment against Calissio."
