Nope. They said DBMM had to come up with the 10Q numbers in the "SUPER 10K". Corp Fin's NEVER gave approval.

That meant ZERO - as the Commission NEVER gave final approval to the ID.

6. $DBMM getting APPROVAL by a Market Maker GLED to

EVERY company needs an MM to sponsor their quotes. There is NOTHING unusual about this.

BFD! The CD was dropped because DBMM jumped through the hoops required to HAVE it removed.

There was NOTHING special about DBMM getting this! About 100 OTHER companies "won" too! For the same reason. An SEC screwup.
