I don't know man. I've been in the OTC for 15 years and I would say this is the longest stretch I've seen with very few runners. The years prior it was relatively easy to find some good runners. It's very hard to find now. It's either cyclical or the new rules completely killed it. If cyclical, this is a long cycle.
