Unpopular opinion : could Tptw be the issue here with its lawsuits against it and Everett wanted out ? Since they were brought in as the construction side of things. I mean yeah, they are small, but they (IST) was the one winning contracts with govt / Stryker / Parks etc. Woipsnt it come up during those contract proposals that there were issues with TPT?

I mean what contracts has TPT gotten ever ? I can’t think of any off top of my hand.

I’m just thing out loud…. Could be the UM process brought those lawsuits up ?
