One of the reasons why MTRT was created was to facilitate business transactions between China and Korea using digital currency. I am suspecting there have been tons of business transactions taking place between the two countries despite of the standing PPS.
Give it a little time and the PPS will come back up. PPS went up to $9 when Trump was in office. Presidential election is coming. If you want to make money when PPS goes back up, now is the time to buy MTRT on the cheap !
