Subject: Brent Legred's Payables

According to the Annual Report just published here's what it said about the value given to Brent Legred. By Rotenberg+ Company's Independent Accountants Report. Please note that another payable is due November 2nd 2000 coming up. Does this raise any questions to anyone? I wonder just what the share price will be on that day?

FROM THE ANNUAL STRU REPORT
" Stock payable to Brent Legred without interest in the number of shares equivalent { based on the fair value of the common stock} to the specified dollars on the following dates. $750,000 due January 1st 2000/$1,000,000 due on May 2nd 2000/ $1,000,000 due on November 2nd 2000 and $1,000,000 on May 2nd 2001"

January 3rd the closing STRU price = .58 cents WOW considerably higher than we are now so divided .58 into $750,000 = 1,293,103 shares. At todays price around .32 cents it would = 2,343,750 shares
May 2nd the closing price was .65 cents WOW cosiderably higher again So divide $1,000,000 by .65 = 1,538,461 At todays price .32 cents = 3,125,000 shares

So we see the possiblity that by November 2nd we may have a much higher share price where the rolling players won't be selling off as fast as the last two STRU rolls. Is this a BC deal? The big question is just where will the longs decide to sell at if we are still pink after the November 2nd date? I bet KH will be selling some as he's alluded to doing but he never gets questioned as to his COMMON SENSE does he? I plan to play play play and increasing my postions in this stock and pocket some money inbetween. But exactly where and when I sell and buy back in is my business. TEK
