Here’s the funny thing. If there is a confirmatory trial already underway, and the maa on the pivotal trial will be submitted in a couple weeks, you are then talking about a confirmatory trial that only need be underway for approval on the pivotal trial.

I know I’ve lost you by now, so for everyone else, confirmatory trials don’t need to be the exact same indication and only need be underway. There are two trials that feasibly meet that description. One NWBO trial is ten years old with DCVax-l & poly-iclc in different levels of cancerous brain tumors. Another is used by NWBO for their combination patent app in rGBM, and it is being conducted by Merck and UCLA.

See, LC is a pathological dumbass, but occasionally his stupidity demonstrates how this might work out across many layers in a short time span. No need to wake him. His brain needs rest from attempting to fire more than one neuron at a time.
