TBF the settlement agreement does seem to insinuate that - it’s hard to imagine what else would constitute serious omission worthy of rescinding the 2022 acquisition other than financial information. From my quick review the only thing TPTS gets is a clean break from the 2022 agreement with Everett and IST and certain protections IF Everett (rather than IST) goes bankrupt.

I don’t see how this is anything but a negative for TPT and without some fake-rs level nonsense within the next few days - which ST3 may have up his sleeve - I just don’t see how we aren’t back at par here soon.
