Clearly the proper r/s comparison here eluded you, which doesn’t surprise me.

Many otc’s reverse split to uplist to Nasdaq and then the share price dies afterward. That’s why they don’t want to call this a reverse split.

But like Maga has explained numerous times, and others as well, the way they are doing this SAGA deal is literally a reverse split to get to Nasdaq, disguised as a spac deal and dividend.

If you still aren’t intelligent enough to understand why this is no different for long term shareholders than a typical otc reverse split, then I can’t help you further.
