Again, I think we already know answer. Only way LQMT would have standing (both legal and practical) to make case is if parts order was placed from one of LQMT's territories to Yihao. Parts orders place from Yihao's territory are irrelevant to LQMT, regardless of how parts are used or their later distribution in finished goods. The purchaser of those parts isn't a party to any agreements between LQMT and Yihao and is free to do with the parts as they see fit without telling Yihao or LQMT anything.
