So you admit you are wrong on the patent front and go to another subject. OK.

It is certainly true that in the US if NWBO can garner approval DCVax-L they will have exclusive use for any ATL-DC in the GBM indication. I never said otherwise. May be true in the UK, we will have to wait and see.

But Orphan Designation does nothing to protect other indications. If,as longs assert, ATL-DCs are useful in all cancers then one has to wonder why BPs have not been launching trials to gain those indications.
